Picture Books[]

Picture books can be unlocked during B route, meaning that is cannot be used during A route, the earliest one being Spirit of Fire, can be obtained as soon as you go to the desert, but during 98% route, the earliest one is Memories of War, which can be obtained by completing Emil's Memories quest.
It has been discovered that if you open any picture book, skip it, then close the menu afterward (by either mashing B or pressing Start) it can skip almost any chunk of dialogue.
A good example is negotiations (which contains two sets of dialogue) after Adam and Eve reach combat phase, you can use a picture book to skip the rest of the conversation, saving approximately a minute. Oddly enough, you can't skip Adam's dialogue, using picture books, before they engage.

E-Drug[]

This support item can be bought from the YoRHa unit at the Oil Field in the Desert Zone, it was found that if you use it there's a "buff" that can speed up dialogue significantly.
This can be very useful at long talking sections such as mansplaining or red girls for example.

Voice Changer[]

After you get A ending you unlock a special feature called "Voice Changer", it was found that if you slide one tick off from the right, dialogue from 9S or 2B becomes faster saving a few seconds throughout the run.
